Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of the Big Country – Wylie Club seeks a Youth Development Professional to supervise and engage youth after school hours. You will lead activities, assist with homework, support sports, arts, and field trips while promoting safe, positive interactions.

We value dependable, energetic individuals with good communication and teamwork. Requires background checks and training; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience with youth is a plus but not required.
• Background checks and training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide active supervision of Club members at all times.
• Plan and lead fun, engaging activities and programs.
• Assist with homework and academic activities.
• Participate in sports, recreation, arts, games, and other Club activities.
• Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and good character.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming Club environment.
