Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and supervise afterschool sessions while communicating with families and staff. The role emphasizes safety, patience, and a caring approach within our franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-age children in educational or childcare settings.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for child development.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and bus environment

• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with safety regulations
