Job summary

Strategic Kids LLC in Costa Mesa, CA seeks energetic after-school staff to lead a classroom of 10–20 students during program hours. You will supervise, support homework, and reinforce positive behavior in a structured, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include organizing enrichment activities, games, arts and crafts, fitness, and STEM projects, while ensuring safety and student development. Prior classroom experience and professional conduct are required; optional day-time role as needed.

• Prior experience working in a classroom setting is required.
• Staff must be confident and capable of independently leading a classroom of 10–20 students during after-school hours.
