Job summary

All Things Science is seeking a dedicated educator to lead after-school STEM classes in Santa Ana, CA. You will guide students through hands-on projects, help them develop problem solving skills, and showcase how exciting science can be.

Responsibilities include facilitating lessons, creating a safe and engaging classroom, and encouraging curiosity and teamwork. The role requires travelling to nearby schools and starts around 1:00 PM on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Some experience with students helps, and we provide training and support.
• Reliable, organized, and open to feedback.
• Interest in teaching and hands on science.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands on STEM lessons using our provided curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging classroom environment each session.
• Build curiosity, collaboration, and clear thinking.
• Work weekday afternoons that begin around 1:00 PM.
• Travel to one or more nearby schools in the Santa Ana area.
