The Summit Area YMCA is seeking an Afterschool Site Coordinator for the 2026-27 school year. Based off-site at a local elementary school, you will lead an engaging afterschool program, ensure safety, and nurture a inclusive, fun environment for school-age children after school hours.
You’ll manage licensing records, supervise staff, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with the Afterschool Director.

We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic Afterschool Site Coordinator to lead engaging programs and ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for every child in our care during the 2026-27 school year.
This position is based off-site at a local elementary school and is responsible for managing the afterschool program at that specific school location.
The pay rate for this position ranges from $19.20- $ 24.50 per hour. This position is part-time, scheduled to work Monday-Friday, 2:30pm - 6:00 pm. Position runs on the local school calendar, but staff are also expected to work holiday care during school vacations.
