Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and oversee program development and daily operations.
• Ensure DHS staffing, training, reporting, health and safety requirements.
• Monitor ratios and ensure safety guidelines on and off-site.
• Plan and train staff, conduct monthly meetings.
• Engage with families and create welcoming climate.
• Maintain organized work environment and professional boundaries.
