Qualifications

• NYS Teacher Certification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching youth.
• Ability to develop and implement lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with curriculum writing and execution of lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute lesson plans and assess participant progress.
• Present content to youth using age-appropriate language as outlined in plans.
• Provide activities to develop skills and knowledge.
• Implement a feedback system between staff and participants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
