Job summary

The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Site Coordinator for its Community School Program located in the Bronx, NY. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with youth.
• Current CPR, First Aid, or RTE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of children in the program.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Y Afterschool and Y Core programs.
• Maintain accurate program documentation.
• Plan and implement weekly lesson plans.
• Create and maintain a strength-based, youth-focused atmosphere.
