Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in New York to oversee after-school programs and ensure safety, engagement, and quality for every participant. The role involves coordinating staff, handling communications with families, and maintaining compliant records.

The ideal candidate brings experience with children, coursework in child development, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• 18+ years of age.
• Identify and submit proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by modeling appropriate behavior and coaching staff.
• Report on safety protocols and well-being of participants.
• Engage with families, clients, peers, and children to build trust and transparency.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and comply with program policies.
• Deliver daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
