Berwick Academy is seeking enthusiastic Extended Day Program staff to support Lower and Middle School students after school, from 3:00 PM to 5:15 PM, with planning time starting at 2:30 PM. Responsibilities

• Supervising Pre-K–Fourth Grade (Lower School) or Fifth–Eighth Grade (Middle School) during after-school hours (3:00 PM – 5:15 PM) with a 2:30 planning start.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, and themed projects.
• Provide homework help and assist students transitioning to activities such as music lessons, tutoring, or dance classes.
• Partner with families by maintaining approachable and supportive communication; mentor Upper School student assistants.
