Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Topeka, KS is seeking entry‑level ABA aides to support children with autism in home or community settings. The positions are part‑time with flexible afternoons/evenings and come with paid training; no prior experience is required.

You will help implement evidence‑based interventions, track progress with simple data, and work closely with families and the clinical team to adapt plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before starting.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities
