Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions while collaborating with families and clinicians.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided and a commitment to helping children with Autism thrive is essential. Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours to fit student schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

Need To Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
