Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a reliable, energetic part-time nanny in Wayland, MA to care for three boys aged 2, 4, and 6 after school. The role includes school pickup, transport to activities, and active, hands-on supervision.

Flexible afternoons, with a focus on movement, engagement, snacks, and basic reading readiness. Must have references and a valid driver's license; schedule runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for multiple young children (toddler through early elementary age).
• Must provide 3–5 professional references.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; comfortable driving children to activities.

Responsibilities

• Pickup children from school/preschool (kindergarten dismissal at 2:00 PM; preschool dismissal at 2:00 PM).
• Drive children to and from extracurricular activities (math class, gymnastics, art class).
• Provide active, engaged care — running around, playtime, and hands-on supervision.
• Prepare snacks/light meals as needed.
• Support homework/reading readiness for the incoming kindergartner.
