Pax Christi Academies is a community of five Catholic elementary schools within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, dedicated to Faith, intellect, character and citizenship. We are seeking an Extended/After School Care staff to supervise children after school hours at St Anne Parish School (Santa Ana).

The role involves supervising, supporting homework, organizing activities, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment consistent with our faith-based mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework preferred.
• Experience with elementary-aged children in school or childcare preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; patience and problem solving.
• Practicing Catholic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during extended hours.
• Provide academic support with homework and reading.
• Organize games, crafts to promote learning and social skills.
• Maintain attendance records and logs.
• Communicate with parents about program updates.
• Ensure safety and manage behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Principal or supervising teacher.
