Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator in Buford, GA for the afternoon shift (3:00 PM–6:00 PM), Monday through Friday. The role supports our before/after school program with engaging activities that blend learning and play within a safe environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, teamwork, and a passion for helping children thrive; at least 1 year of experience with children under 13 is preferred, and the ability to lift 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, share updates, discuss progress, encourage collaboration and accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: prepare activities and curriculum aligned with objectives.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, follow safety protocols, document attendance and incidents.
• Communication: effectively communicate with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
