Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time youth coaches to lead 5–10 year-olds at Bay Area elementary schools, Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically one hour per class with a possible 30 minutes of pre-care.

Coaches work in a fun, energetic environment, manage classes of 8–16 kids, and must attend a brief training. The role requires reliable transportation, local residency, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive, active setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided; coach must have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
