Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC seeks part-time youth coaches for after-school programs in the Bay Area. Coaches typically lead one class per day (about one hour) with potential for an additional 30 minutes of pre-care, at multiple elementary schools.

Sessions run Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, with pay per session ranging from $50 to $65. Equipment is provided; candidates must be locally based and able to travel to schools.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Candidates must live locally and be available for in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students aged 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size of 8–16 students and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment is provided by CALEX SPORTS INC; coach must have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
