Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time program coaches in the Bay Area. Sessions run from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with about one hour per class and optional 30 minutes of pre-care. In-person work locally, coaching children aged 5–10 in a fun, energetic setting.

Pay is $50–$65 per session. All equipment provided. Applicants must be 19+, fully vaccinated, and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment is provided; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and communicate with parents/school staff.
• Capture class photos for documentation.
