Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at the time of application.
• Currently live locally and available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in an active, positive setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation and TB Live Scan/background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
