Job summary

Rincon Family Services in Chicago is seeking an Afterschool Arts & Culture Program Assistant to help run the To the Moon afterschool program. You will assist with curriculum design, enrollment, and promoting activities while maintaining documentation and supporting youth leadership.

The role requires part-time availability, bilingual preferred (Spanish/English), and a commitment to a values-driven, inclusive work environment. Schedule aligns with after-school hours and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design of work plan and curriculum for afterschool program.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and program promotion.
• Coordinate program scheduling and monthly calendars.
• Supervise participants during activities and ensure safety.
• Complete and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Data entry in program tracking systems (City Span/RFS).
• Other duties as assigned.
