Job summary

AGCO in Batavia, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4pm–12:30am, Monday–Friday) to oversee receipt, storage, picking, packing, shipping and invoicing of parts orders. Ensure timely processing and top-quality service for customers.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining safety and EH&S programs, managing equipment maintenance, and accurate record-keeping. Salary ranges and a bonus opportunity are provided.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years of high school; business management education is beneficial.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience recommended.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment parts and company operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, processing, storage, picking, packing, shipping and invoicing of parts orders.
• Maintain EH&S compliance and safe, efficient operations in the area of responsibility.
• Instruct and supervise warehouse staff; assign duties and provide required training.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Respond to complaints and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealers.
