CIT Trucks, LLC is hiring a Parts Warehouse Associate in Illinois. You will pick orders, load and ship parts, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with cycle counts. The role requires operating a forklift, staying compliant with safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 2nd shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (box truck locations only).
• Must have and maintain valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pull ticket orders for customers, service department, counter people, or route sales people.
• Load and offload parts when deliveries are made, double checking orders for accuracy.
• Ship product to customers and other company locations, and handle returns and warranties.
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Restock parts as necessary.
• Prepare documents such as bills of lading.
• Record shipment data for reporting and accounting.
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records.
• Facilitate Warranty Core parts.
• Perform cycle counting to verify inventory.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and take corrective action.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on forklifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
