ExpertCare is seeking reliable support staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building activities, provide companionship, and help participants pursue personal goals beyond the home.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, dependability, and the ability to follow care plans while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Full and part-time schedules are available, with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
