Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Support Staff to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, promoting independence and growth.

You will also bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of their home environment. Flexible full- and part-time positions with paid training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable demeanor required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans while supporting individuals with varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities.
• Assist and accompany Recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.
• Follow care plans and maintain reliable transportation to assigned locations.
