Job summary

Scholastic Inc. is seeking an Afternoon Shift Warehouse Lead to support the warehouse team in preparing book fairs for shipment to local schools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to achieve daily production targets and quality standards.
• Assist with daily work/task assignments and production planning alongside BM/WHS.
• Monitor inventory levels with Branch Inventory Coordinator to avoid stockouts.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members; train peers as needed.
