Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the financial services location, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs as required.
