Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Allied Universal considers applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state or locality.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and maintain daily activity and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations and policy concerns.
