Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Mount Pleasant, WI, seeks an Afternoon Site Supervisor to coordinate program activities and supervise team members on site.

Responsibilities include safety and sanitation inspections, training staff, maintaining records, and reporting to the manager. This role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. The shift is 2:30pm-11pm, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of sanitation and OSHA regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitors work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to assure safety compliance.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.

This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The Individual will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
