Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts to manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor coordination at local job sites in Woodford, VA. The role requires in-person site presence and occasional travel across the United States.

Candidates should bring 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to support safety and security at construction sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure proper badge scanning and accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create written records.
