Job summary

MSMU Transportation & Parking Services is seeking a Shuttle Operator Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise shuttle operators, and ensure safe, reliable service for Mount Community. The position covers afternoon shifts Tuesday–Friday 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. and Saturday 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

at Doheny and Chalon campuses in Los Angeles. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of DOT/compliance standards, with a starting hourly rate of $26.00–$29.00.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation operations and safety best practices.
• Experience supervising drivers and coordinating field activities.
• Ability to enforce safety, policies, and uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of drivers.
• Operate shuttles safely while obeying laws and policies.
• Monitor schedules, provide field supervision, and advise on operational issues.
• Train and coach shuttle operators on performance and safety.
• Document incidents, safety concerns, and route problems.
• Serve as liaison between operators, dispatch, and campus community.
