Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work assignments and monitors efficiency and productivity metrics
• Schedules and prioritizes the work for leads and teams to meet objectives
• Reports team performance to the Manager, Warehouse Operations
• Identifies root causes of productivity or safety issues and directs corrective actions
• Leads process improvement initiatives within own area
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding of new associates
