Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Production Supervisor in Duncan, SC to lead a safety‑driven, end‑to‑end manufacturing team on site. You will manage daily production activities and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in manufacturing with three in supervision, including experience in regulated environments and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience.
• Five years in manufacturing with three years in supervisory roles including operations, planning, receiving, shipping, and materials flow.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and focus the team on critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency and cost while sustaining predictable operational performance.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and performance manage associates to build a capable, engaged, and accountable team.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote a strong culture of safety ownership.
• Ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• Drive adherence to standard work and quality systems to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
• Execute daily production schedules to achieve On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• Monitor performance against KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
