Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Duncan, SC site. You will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, build a high‑engagement team, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

You will supervise a dynamic, ISO/FDA‑regulated production area, hire and coach associates, drive continuous improvement, and manage daily schedules from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, supply chain, or management, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in a manufacturing environment with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading high‑performance teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and providing focus to align on the critical few.

• Monitor performance against KPIs, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).

The Production Supervisor responsibilities include driving safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while building a high‑engagement, high‑performance team. This role is fully accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of the assigned manufacturing area, including people leadership, daily management execution, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor establishes and sustains a results‑driven culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and continuous learning.

Reports to: Value Stream Leader

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, supply chain, or management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least three (3) years of manufacturing supervisory experience, including involvement in operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow.
• Experience in leading high‑performance teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and providing focus to ensure alignment on the critical few.
