Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Duncan, SC site to drive safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing with a high‑engagement team. You’ll own end‑to‑end production in your area and lead daily management with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years of supervision in a regulated environment; on‑site schedule 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in supervision across operations, planning, receiving, shipping and material flow.
• Experience leading high‑performance teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in regulated environments (ISO, FDA) preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and keep the team aligned on critical goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency and cost while sustaining predictable operations.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach and performance manage associates to build an engaged team.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote safety ownership.
• Ensure products meet customer, regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Adhere to standard work and quality systems for compliant execution.
• Execute daily production schedules to achieve On-Time Delivery targets.
• Monitor KPIs including Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC).

The Production Supervisor is responsible for driving safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while building a high‑engagement, high‑performance team. This role is fully accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of the assigned manufacturing area, including people leadership, daily management execution, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor establishes and sustains a results‑driven culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and continuous learning. This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the Production department located in Duncan, SC and will be an on‑site role. The expected work schedule for this role is 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

What you will do:

• Drive improvements in processes, for Safety, quality, efficiency and cost while sustaining predictable operational performance.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and performance manage associates to build a capable, engaged, and accountable team.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote a strong culture of safety ownership.
• Ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• Drive adherence to standard work and quality systems to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
• Execute daily production schedules to achieve On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing supervisory experience including involvement and knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow
• Experience in leading high‑performance teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and provides focus to team to ensure alignment on the critical few
