Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician II to maintain advanced manufacturing equipment in our supply chain operations.

The role involves repairing electrical and mechanical components, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting design improvements with technical SMEs. Responsibilities include operating at heights, using hoists and cranes, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience maintaining Industrial Electronic and Electrical systems.
• Ability to work at heights up to 125 feet and pass Fall Protection Training.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/overtime.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of engineering science and production processing.
• Proficiency in computers and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and continuous operational checks of equipment.
• Repair and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts on equipment.
• Capable of working at heights and using safety equipment.
• Support facility and equipment design improvements with SME input.
• Prepare mechanical maintenance reports and share information with stakeholders.
