Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer – Driver Patrol in Dubuque, IA. You will provide customer service, monitor dispatch communications, and help deter incidents with a visible security presence at a manufacturing site. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

This role offers afternoon shifts, a part-time schedule, and opportunities to learn on smart tools and claim additional shifts through our platform. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 19+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies in a manufacturing location.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications; document incidents and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations per site protocols.
• Monitor access points, visitors, contractors, and vehicle movement per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, facilities, parking areas and perimeter.
