Lil' Voyagers Academy, Inc. is seeking a dependable Afternoon Resource Teacher to support classrooms during the second half of the day.

This on-site role helps maintain ratios, cover classrooms, assist teachers, and provide a safe, engaging afternoon for students. Collaborate with lead teachers, support transitions, activities, and rest time, and assist with dismissal while upholding school policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred (childcare, preschool, or school setting).
• Must be patient, reliable, and flexible.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Must meet state childcare requirements (background screening, training, etc.)
