Job summary

HireCare Services in Matthews, NC, is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time or full-time role offers flexibility, real mentorship, and growth opportunities across Matthews and surrounding areas.

You’ll work 1:1 with children, collect data, and help develop communication and daily living skills; all while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality and building strong family relationships.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain certification with training support.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children reach developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do as an RBT:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

What We’re Looking For:

Work Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week, based on your availability and client needs

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour
