Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in educational, home, clinic, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by clinical staff
• Collect and maintain accurate session data and documentation
• Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Use positive, evidence-based strategies to help clients achieve treatment goals
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development activities
