Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Ogden, UT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children after school hours. This role involves working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, building communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation within Ogden/Weber County.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill-building programs (DTT, NET) in clients' homes.
• Record and review behavioral data electronically.
• Coordinate with BCBA and clinical team on progress.
