Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in the Lehi and American Fork area. You will work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

The position offers flexible Full-Time / Part-Time hours, competitive pay of $22-$27 per hour based on experience, earned PTO, and direct BCBA support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to become certified with our support.
• Reliable transportation within Lehi and American Fork.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
