Succeed ABA Therapy in Glendale, AZ is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for afternoon shifts. You will deliver ABA interventions in clients' home environments, collect data, and coordinate with supervising staff.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
