Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, via SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for an afternoon Sherman, IL home-based caseload (Mon–Fri, 4–6pm).

The role delivers ABA-driven therapy to youths with developmental disabilities in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required, with potential for benefits for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures and safeguard patient information.
