Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a part-time RBT for an afternoon home-based caseload in Sherman, IL, Mon–Fri 4–6pm. The role delivers ABA-driven programs in client homes and communities under supervision of a BCBA.

You must be a Registered Behavior Technician or pursuing certification. Two+ years of relevant experience are preferred; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Part-time benefits available for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician or pursuing certification.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect progress data and communicate with supervisor.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help and social skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
