SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Lombard, IL is seeking an RBT for a part-time home-based role, Monday through Friday from 4-6 pm. The position provides a pathway to growth in Applied Behavior Analysis within a supportive team.

The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to youth in home or community settings under supervision, with opportunities for medical benefits for those who qualify.

Qualificações

• RBT certification preferred and two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs; strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
