Job summary
Right At School is seeking a Part-Time Teacher at Horace Man & Hawthorne Elementary, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2pm to 6pm and a pay range of $21–$23 per hour. Qualifications
- 1 year of experience teaching in a licensed preschool program.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of 12 ECE units as licensing requires.
- Ability to meet state requirements; Live Scan, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Health Certificate/TB test.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and love for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum with Program Manager support.
- Build relationships and communicate with parents to provide quality child care.
- Model positive behaviors and maintain classroom safety and supervision.
- Verify program quality; organize materials and document attendance and incidents.
- Move around the classroom, kneel or run, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Regularly discuss personal and student progress with the Program Manager.
