Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC is seeking an entry-level General Paint Operator for the Afternoon Shift. This role supports our automotive components manufacturing with focus on safety, teamwork, quality and career growth.

You will read work orders, set up equipment, operate paint-related machinery, inspect outputs, and maintain production records in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required; lifting up to 15 pounds is routine.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and production instructions to determine product specifications and material requirements.
• Set up, adjust, and remove equipment fixtures, guides, stops, attachments, and tools as needed for production.
• Operate cutting and production equipment, ensuring materials are properly loaded, aligned, and fed through machinery.
• Perform light manual assembly and preparation of parts as required.
• Measure and inspect completed products to verify compliance with quality and specification standards.
• Identify, rework, or reject defective parts to maintain product quality.
• Label, sort, and organize materials and finished products for processing, storage, shipping, or further assembly.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure efficient operation and prevent defects.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to support a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
