Job summary

The role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, working in a warm manufacturing environment, and following safety procedures to support production and keep the paint process running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal parts from paint line racks, conveyors, and carts.
• Hang and remove metal components before and after painting.
• Inspect parts for proper placement, damage, or quality concerns.
• Safely move carts, racks, and materials throughout the production area.
• Lift, push, pull, and handle metal parts weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain production flow by ensuring parts are continuously available for the paint process.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE requirements.
• Work efficiently in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S standards.
• Communicate any issues related to parts, equipment, or production delays to the supervisor.
