Job summary

Shearer’s Foods in Waterford, PA is hiring Packer Team Members to ensure every product leaving our facility is of the highest quality and brings joy to picnics, parties, and snacks.

You’ll work afternoons 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, start at $16.20 per hour with a $2.00 shift premium. Duties include assembling boxes, packing bagged product, inspecting finished goods, maintaining cleanliness, supporting teammates, and performing other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours, perform repetitious lifting up to 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and pack bagged product from packaging tables into cases.
• Inspect finished product and assure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficient operation of the facility.
• Support the team and perform other duties as assigned.
