Job summary

Shearer's Foods is hiring a Packer Team Member for the Waterford Plant in Pennsylvania. The position runs on Afternoons — 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a starting rate of $16.20 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium.

You will help ensure product quality and assist in packaging operations to support efficient production. Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, and packing products, keeping a clean work area, and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• Able to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 25+ pounds.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and pack bagged product from packaging tables into cases.
• Inspect finished product and assure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and support efficient operation of the facility.
• Assist team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
